What’s the big oval development just south?
Mike Whybark: I believe that cleared area is the Sand Point Country Club, and the oval is the gated community (the name of which escapes me) in the middle of the country club. View Ridge was only developed in the 30s and 40s, which explains why no houses are there yet.
