Seattle Rifles show a line of disciplined force and a change to use them again this week – as we did last. Here they stand – still – on Front Street (First Ave.) near the foot of Columbia Street with the photogerapher looking south along the west side of Front thru the city’s 1880’s showstrip of elegant brick structures until June 6, 1889.
