A more satisfying “repeat” than the Bartells plastic is this reunion of the Morningtown Coop not at the site of the Carkeek manse, but at Carkeet Park. Morningtown was a delightful small restaurant built into a two car garage near the north end of the University Bridge. I ate their often in the 1970s and sometimes tossed pizza too.
