Built in 1903 and ranking as Seattle’s oldest apartment building, the Saint Paul Apartments; at Seneca Street and Summit Avenue, were purchased last week by Oscar A. Haltern through the office of Vern Cole Wright, Inc. The property had been held at a $15,000 price.
