Pages 38 & 39 out of The Seattle Greeter for Sept. 1962 includes the Polynesian’s claim “for an evening quite unlike any other . . .” and a partial list of local bars. Note also that after reading 39 pages of the local attractions that are considered exciting by their owners and the editor at the lower right corner we – or they – are advise, I presume, that before visiting any of these Seattle attractions one must “See America First.” Such is the grandiose excitement of night on the town.
