Our Daily Sykes #99 – Big Cloud (Gros Nuage)

Horace Sykes was captivated by this big cumulus. He leaves little room for the landscape below. Or is it just so? There are many lowland landscapes - oils - that are for the most part of clouds piled high above the flat Flemish, for instance, landscape. The landscape here is delicate - tender even.
