Our Daily Sykes #3b – the Palouse, perhaps.

The barn of this ruined farm seems to have held up so well that we might imagine restoring the grand old home – except that this is another unidentified Sykes view from the 1940s.  But where?  Such architecture in such a setting must be remembered by someone.   [To enlarge click and then click again, if you like.]

  1. Its always sad to see something like that, and i dont understand how that could happen. I mean, you can keep a house in an “ok” condition just by looking after the roof so no water leaks in. But atleast they didnt demolish it so they could work better on the field :/ This often happens here in germany…
