Horace Sykes has titled this slide "approaching storm" but then leaves it at that. He does not tell us where or when. For Sykes and his Kodachromes the when is almost always sometime between WW2 and 1954 the year of his passing. The "where" I'll speculate is somewhere along the Snake River, but I hope to be corrected. (click to enlarge)
